President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky said that Ukraine is asking the EU for immediate accession under a new special procedure, Report informs citing UNIAN.

“We appeal to the European Union regarding the immediate accession of Ukraine under a new special procedure,” he said in a video message.

Zelensky noted that Ukraine is grateful to its partners for support.
