The decision-making process in Armenia doesn’t take public opinion into account, Russian Foreign Ministry spokesperson Maria Zakharova told Sputnik radio, Report informs referring to Russian media.

“Decisions are being made that are of national significance not only today, but also in the context of the history of the nation. They (the authorities) make these decisions without relying on public opinion, without relying on the results of the plebiscite,” Zakharova noted commenting on the situation in Armenia.
