Companies from the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) countries will not be able to rely on Armenia, taking into account the possible negative consequences of the country’s integration with the European Union (EU), Russian Foreign Ministry spokesperson Maria Zakharova told a briefing, Report informs via TASS.
“I think if there are statements that the EAEU is no longer of interest to official Yerevan, this is not just a matter of state position, but also a matter of economic operators. They draw appropriate conclusions for themselves that partners on that side apparently are not interested in this matter,” Zakharova said.
According to her, the prospects for business cooperation with Armenia will be built taking this information into account.
