“If the Azerbaijani-Armenian state border was not delimited and demarcated, then what territories is Ararat Mirzoyan talking about?” Azerbaijani MP Azer Badamov told Report.

“Yerevan has never implemented the resolutions of the UN Security Council and the calls of other international organizations and has kept Azerbaijani lands under occupation for 30 years. Azerbaijan was able to liberate its lands by military means, after which a tripartite declaration was signed on November 10. Our country complied with the requirements of the declaration and demands from Armenia to fulfill its commitments,” the MP said.

He noted that Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan, at a meeting with his Russian counterpart Sergey Lavrov in Moscow, shamelessly accused Azerbaijan of failing to comply with the requirements of the tripartite declaration and closing the Lachin-Khankandi road: “Firstly, I want to note that the Lachin-Khankandi road never closed. Every day, humanitarian cargo is transported along this road. Of course, Russia knows this. Mirzoyan’s statement is nothing more than a stupid calculation. Why does Mirzoyan say nothing about withdrawing troops from one village of Nakhchivan and seven villages of Gazakh district, which they keep under occupation up to this day?”
