It has been repeatedly stated at various levels – both at the presidential and parliamentary levels – that negotiations regarding Ukraine cannot be conducted without Ukraine’s participation, Fedir Venislavsky, Chairman of the Defense and Security Committee of Ukraine’s Verkhovna Rada, told Report.
