Oleksii Reznikov, Minister of Defense of Ukraine, announced the conditions for negotiations with Russia, Report informs via Ukrinform.

“Negotiations with Russia are possible if Ukraine’s partners sit at the table too.

If a ‘referendum’ is held, there will be no possibility of any negotiations. But I want to tell you that there is a chance to negotiate with the Russians. It will be possible if our partners sit at the table,” Reznikov said.

He also noted that there is no point in reaching a “Minsk-3” agreement.

According to the minister, the war in Ukraine cannot end with the scenario of Syria and Korea: “The only option is to believe that the Armed Forces of Ukraine will win. Since Russia missed the chance to freeze the armed conflict in 2014, the military operations in Ukraine cannot end with the ‘Korean scenario.’ The Syrian scenario is also impossible. Russia is running out of resources both in terms of personnel and equipment. And we have partners. This is the collective West.”
