UK Prime Minister’s Trade Envoy Baroness Nicholson undertakes an official four-day visit to Azerbaijan on May 29 to take part at Baku Energy Week and emphasize the UK’s commitment to strengthening economic ties between the UK and Azerbaijan, Report informs referring to the British Embassy in Azerbaijan.
In Baku, Baroness Nicholson will meet Minister of Energy Parviz Shahbazov, Minister of Culture Anar Karimov, Speaker of the Parliament Sahiba Qafarova and representatives of energy, construction and health companies.
She will have a meeting with Special Representative of the President in Zangilan, Gubadli and Jabrayil districts Vahid Hajiyev and Special Representative of the President in Shusha Aydin Karimov to discuss opportunities for cooperation in reconstruction of the recovered territories.
