A Memorandum of Understanding has been signed between the Turkic Investment Fund and the Union of Turkic Chambers of Commerce and Industry (TCCI).
Report informs that the document was signed at an event titled “Turkic Investment Fund and Union of Turkic Chambers of Commerce and Industry (TCCI): Informative Meeting and B2B for Business Leaders.”
The document was signed by Mammad Musayev, TCCI head and the president of the Azerbaijan Confederation of Entrepreneurs (ACE), and Bagdat Amreyev, President of the Turkic Investment Fund. The memorandum defines frameworks and specific directions for cooperation.
The Turkic Investment Fund was established by the Agreement “On the Establishment of the Turkic Investment Fund” signed in Ankara on March 16, 2023, within the Organization of Turkic States.
The Union of Turkic Chambers of Commerce and Industry, which is part of the Organization of Turkic States, was established in 2017 and began operations in 2019. The leadership of TCCI passed to Azerbaijan in 2025, and Azerbaijan is represented in TCCI by the Azerbaijan Confederation of Entrepreneurs (ACE).
