According to the combat training plan approved by the Minister of Defense, Colonel General Zakir Hasanov, test exams are conducted to assign (confirm) grades to officers, warrant officers, and long-term active military servicemen.
Report informs, citing the Ministry of Defense, that the knowledge of the military personnel on the combined-arms military regulations, guidelines, and other regulatory documents, as well as the physical level and drill training are checked in classrooms and in the field conditions. The test exams are conducted in the training centers of the Azerbaijan Army.
Servicemen carry out shootings from the weapons of modern armored vehicles and from small arms, as well as fulfill the test tasks on driving and managing different types of tracked and wheeled combat vehicles and automotive equipment.
The purpose of the exams is to to check military personnel’s combat readiness, abilities and skills.
