On September 5, Azerbaijani Ambassador to Russia Polad Bulbuloglu met with Minister of Culture of the Russian Federation Olga Lyubimova, Report informs, citing the press service of the embassy.

During the meeting, a wide exchange of views took place on the issues of the cooperation program, the expansion of cultural cooperation within the framework of international organizations, the establishment of direct ties and joint activities between the cultural institutions of the two countries, as well as the creation of a joint film project, the participation of films of the two countries in film festivals organized by Azerbaijan and Russia.
