
Some of the terror crimes committed by the Armenian state against the population of Azerbaijan have been revealed, Assistant Prosecutor General for Special Assignments Tugay Rahimli said at the court hearing on the case of persons of Armenian origin accused of war crimes against Azerbaijan, Report informs.
It was noted that during the aggressive war, a criminal community operating under the direct control and in accordance with orders, directives, and instructions from the Armenian state, during large-scale and systematic attacks carried out to facilitate Armenia’s occupation of these territories by organizing mass expulsion of Azerbaijanis from their legal places of residence in the villages of Baganis-Ayrim in Gazakh district, Malibayli-Gushchular in Shusha district, Garadaghli in Khojavand district, Bash Guney (Bash Guneypeya) in Aghdara district, Balligaya and Gulistan in Goranboy district, Aghdaban, Jomard and Bashilibel in Kalbajar district, deliberately killed a total of 241 people by shooting, burning alive and inflicting severe bodily injuries, and attempted to murder 149 people by inflicting various degrees of bodily injuries.
