In January this year, the Marketing and Economic Operations Department of the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan (SOCAR) exported non-oil products worth $29.6 million, down $20.2 million, or 40.6%, from the previous year, Report informs, citing the Center for Economic Reforms Analysis and Communication.
