The potential of the Middle Corridor is to expand freight to Europe through the Caucasus region, director of the transport policy department of the Ministry of Transport of Kazakhstan, Sapar Bektasov, said at a regional event on the Middle Corridor in Georgia.

Report informs that, according to Bektasov, to achieve the set goals, it is necessary to develop a long-term strategy for the development of the Middle Corridor until 2040 and beyond.
