In the coming months, the Russian Federation will transfer Iskander-M complexes to Belarus, which can use both ballistic and cruise missiles, Russian President Vladimir Putin said when opening the Russian-Belarusian talks, Report informs.

“As we agreed, you raised the issue, we have made a decision. Within the next few months, we will transfer to Belarus the Iskander-M tactical missile systems, which, as you know, can use both ballistic and cruise missiles, both in conventional and nuclear versions,” Putin said.

The Russian leader also proposed to instruct the ministries of defense and the chiefs of the general staffs of the Russian Federation and Belarus to work out all the details related to this issue. “I absolutely agree,” Lukashenko said.
