Armenia’s 2025 membership fee to the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO) to be calculated

Russian media reports that Viktor Vasilyev, Russia’s permanent representative to the organization, disclosed this information.

“The 2025 budget draft will be reviewed, and all items will be calculated accordingly,” he stated.

According to Vasilyev, whether Yerevan pays the dues depends on the political will of the country’s leadership.

He noted that the CSTO budget is shared among all member countries, with Russia covering half of the total amount. The remaining 50% is split among the other five states, each paying 10%. For 2024, Armenia’s dues have been set at 53.22 million rubles (approximately $600,000).

It should be noted that the Armenian government is refusing to pay its membership fee.
