The trilateral agreements signed on November 10, 2020, and January 11, 2021, are a priority for normalization of the situation in the Karabakh conflict zone, Report informs, referring to the Russian Foreign Minister’s document on the country’s international position at the 76th session of the UN General Assembly.

The Russian Foreign Ministry thinks it is acceptable to involve the UN agencies, and especially the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees, in humanitarian activities in the zone of Russia’s peacekeeping operation in Karabakh.
