Azerbaijan is among the countries with the best indicators worldwide in ensuring socio-economic security in recent decades. This success is based on the significant efforts, dedication, wisdom, and management skills of President Ilham Aliyev and nationwide support, Azerbaijan’s Security Council Secretary Ramil Usubov wrote in his article published in the newspaper “Azerbaijan,” Report informs.
“Thanks to the head of state’s comprehensive reform concept, Azerbaijan has become a politically and economically stable and secure country, a political, economic, and cooperation center of the region, an important transit hub, initiator of global energy, transport and infrastructure projects, a reliable partner and member of the global space family. In the liberated territories of Karabakh and Eastern Zangazur, which previously served as hotbeds of international crime, a solid security system and corresponding infrastructure are being created today. These lands, once associated with separatism, are turning into a center of international cooperation, peace, development, and culture. Supreme Commander-in-Chief Ilham Aliyev now also acts as a leader creating a new history of grand development there. In Karabakh and Eastern Zangazur, where hundreds of thousands of people will return, hundreds of hospitals, sports complexes, educational and cultural institutions, social infrastructure, airports, tunnels, bridges, hundreds of kilometers of railways and thousands of kilometers of roads will be built. The integration of liberated territories into the country’s economy will create a reliable foundation for Azerbaijan’s further development and security,” Usubov emphasized.
He noted that the First Vice President of the Azerbaijan Republic and President of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation Mehriban Aliyeva plays a special role and provides invaluable support in implementing this honorable mission.
