The opening of the embassy will further strengthen the cooperation between Azerbaijan and Israel, Editor of the Israeli Economic Peace Center, political analyst Rachel Avraham told Report.

She noted that the opening of the Azerbaijani embassy in Tel Aviv is a great success.

Azerbaijan is one of Israel’s main allies, and this country provides 40% of Israel’s demand for oil, Avraham reminded.

She also noted that Azerbaijan and Israel are cooperating in order to counter the Iranian threat.
