Russia is interested in the involvement of partners in the CSTO and the CIS in Karabakh’s humanitarian efforts.
Report informs citing the TASS, Russian President Vladimir Putin said today, opening the summit of the leaders of Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO) member states.

The agreements between Russia, Azerbaijan, and Armenia on Nagorno-Karabakh are consistently implemented, Putin said.

The presidents of Azerbaijan, Russia, and the Prime Minister of Armenia signed a joint statement. According to the agreement, the full ceasefire in Nagorno-Karabakh came into force on November 10.

Russian peacekeeping contingent consists of 1,960 military personnel, 90 armored personnel carriers, and 380 vehicles. Special equipment is being deployed in the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict zone to monitor the ceasefire and the army operations.
