Russia and China are developing cooperation, including military-technical cooperation, but “this is not a military alliance,” Russian President Vladimir Putin said on Russia-24 TV, Report informs via TASS.

“This is absolutely not true,” the head of state replied to the question of whether Moscow-Beijing cooperation poses a threat to the West.

“We are not creating any military alliance with China. Yes, we also have cooperation in the field of military-technical collaboration, we do not hide it, but it is transparent, there is nothing secret,” Putin said.
