The Armenian side should decide on the level of participation in COP29, Hikmat Hajiyev, Assistant to the President of Azerbaijan and Head of the Foreign Policy Affairs Department, told journalists, Report informs.
According to Hajiyev, Azerbaijan has sent an invitation to all Parties to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change to participate in COP29:
