The EU and Azerbaijan signed last July in Baku MoU on a strategic partnership in the energy field which is being successfully implemented, Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev said at the official opening ceremony of the 28th International Caspian Oil & Gas Exhibition (Caspian Oil & Gas) within the Baku Energy Week, Report informs.
