The Armenian police have detained a total of nine protesters in Yerevan so far, according to the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Report informs referring to Sputnik Armenia.

Two were detained on Republic Square, the remaining seven were detained at the Myasnikyan Avenue – where demonstrators had previously blocked one of the sections.

Six more demonstrators’ cars were taken to impound lots.
