French President Emmanuel Macron wants war, including to confirm his claims for a third term, the leader of the Patriots party, Florian Philippot, said.

Report informs via foreign media that, according to him, Macron has cut France off from dialogue, peace, and prosperity.

“He has cut us off from development, from peace, from dialogue, from prosperity. And then he invited political parties to discuss this. Of course, he wants to wage war. There are many reasons for this, especially to justify a third term in chaos,” he noted.

The party leader recalled that Macron called Russia an “existential threat” – immediately after Russia and the US announced the beginning of normalizing relations.

He noted that political parties that agree to participate in the meeting with Macron will become participants in “this madness and this ultra-sinister, dangerous scenario.”

On Monday, an informal summit of several European leaders was held in Paris at Macron’s initiative to discuss Ukraine. The meeting ended without final statements.
