At the first stage, only Azerbaijani citizens older than 18 will be able to visit the Azerbaijani lands liberated from the Armenian occupation, said Advisor to the Azerbaijani Minister of Digital Development and Transport Rashad Bayramov.

Bayramov added that each passenger of bus trips to the liberated territories is provided with personal accident insurance.

“A passenger who has purchased a bus ticket to the liberated territories is considered insured,” advisor said.

The adviser to the minister said that paragraph 6 of the Azerbaijani Cabinet of Ministers’ Resolution #141 envisages the conditions for organizing the sale of tickets for bus trips to the liberated territories and the fare payment procedure.

“In accordance with this resolution, in case of returning a ticket two hours before the departure, the passenger can get the money back minus 25 percent or change the ticket for another date,” Bayramov added.

“If a passenger who has already purchased a ticket could not get on a bus due to illness or an accident, then within three days from the date of departure, the passenger can use this ticket on another trip or get the money back minus 25 percent of the cost,” Bayramov said.

The adviser to the minister said that these rules also apply to the bus trips that will be launched in the direction of the liberated territories.
