Protestors have never created an obstacle to the transportation of humanitarian cargo on the Lachin-Khankandi road and are not creating now, Sabina Aliyeva, the Commissioner for Human Rights of Azerbaijan (Ombudsman), said in the appeal to the international human rights organizations regarding the war and environmental crimes committed by Armenia against Azerbaijan.
“Dozens of cars move freely in both directions on this road, open for humanitarian purposes,” he said.
