Azerbaijan’s goal, as the presiding party, is to become a bridge between the parties in dialogue, Nigar Arpadarai, UN High-Level Climate Champion for COP29, said at a panel session within the framework of the 2024 UN Climate Change Pre-Conference of Parties (Pre-COP29).

Report informs that, according to her, the global community needs to unite and coordinate climate actions.

“Different regions have different problems and opportunities, but we all have one home – the planet. Therefore, we need to trust each other,” she said.
