Ersin Tatar, the newly elected president of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC) is expected to visit Azerbaijan next week.

Ersin Tatar will take part in Victory Parade in Baku on December 10. 

Note, Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan is also expected to attend the parade.
