Return to Western Azerbaijan should be brought to global attention through foreign non-governmental organizations and international institutions, Azerbaijani MP Azay Guliyev said during parliamentary hearings on the safe and dignified return to Western Azerbaijan, Report informs.

Azay Guliyev proposed appointing special representatives of the Initiative Group for Return to Western Azerbaijan to tackle this issue.
