The approach to healthcare should be comprehensive, Health Minister Teymur Musayev said during a hearing on “Primary healthcare services: current situation, work done, problems and their solutions” held in the Milli Majlis, Report informs.

The minister noted that healthcare funding has increased 30 times over the past 20 years:

“Seventy percent of nearly 700 hospitals that have been built or reconstructed are located in the regions. Significant achievements have been made in the fight against blood diseases.”
