Russia and Azerbaijan are creating a bilateral working group to address issues related to the shallowing of the Caspian Sea, and intend to later transform it into a five-party format, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said at a press conference in Moscow, responding to a question from Report.

“We are now creating a bilateral working group and want to propose converting it into a five-party format so that all Caspian coastal states can participate in this work. We are certainly cooperating in the international arena as well,” noted the foreign minister.
