The Kremlin has stated that the positions taken by Hungary, Serbia, and Türkiye, who signed the communique at the Ukraine conference in Switzerland, will not harm their relations with Russia.
According to Report, Russian president’s aide Dmitry Peskov believes that the effectiveness of the Swiss conference is “close to zero”.
