Türkiye can play an important role in normalizing relations between Azerbaijan and Armenia, thereby providing a strong impetus for stabilizing the entire South Caucasus region, the Special Representative of the European Union for the South Caucasus, Toivo Klaar, said at the panel discussion “Peace, development and connections in the South Caucasus” within the framework of the Diplomacy Forum in Antalya.
