The governments of Jordan, Qatar, and Saudi Arabia have declined a proposal from the United States to participate in a post-war peacekeeping mission in the Gaza Strip, according to a report by The Times of Israel.

According to Report, which cites TASS, two sources confirmed this information to the publication. An Arab source explained that the refusal by Jordan, Qatar, and Saudi Arabia was due to concerns that the peacekeeping mission would be perceived as “protecting Israel from the Palestinians.”
