There is no final agreement in the negotiations on the peace treaty with Armenia, Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov told journalists, Report informs.
He explained that the draft peace treaty comprises a preamble and 17 articles:
“The texts of the preamble and 15 articles have been fully agreed. We have unresolved questions on two articles. Negotiations on these open questions are currently ongoing. However, it has not been possible to reach an agreement yet.”
