Azerbaijan’s Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov met James O’Brien, Assistant Secretary of State for European and Eurasian Affairs, as per the latter’s request, within the framework of the Munich Security Conference, Report informs, citing MFA.

During the meeting, bilateral and multilateral agenda issues were discussed between the two countries, as well as the perspectives of the normalization process between Azerbaijan and Armenia on a bilateral basis.

Bayramov pointed out that the Armenian provocation, which resulted in the wounding of an Azerbaijani military serviceman as a result of sniper fire without any provoking factor after 5 months of stability, was aimed at hitting the peace process.
