Azerbaijan submitted further comments on the draft peace treaty to the Armenian side and is interested in starting the negotiation process in this direction, Azerbaijan’s Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov said in a meeting with EU Special Representative for the South Caucasus and the crisis in Georgia, Toivo Klaar, Report informs, citing the MFA.
