Countries must achieve 65% reduction in carbon emissions by 2035, Francesco La Camera, Director-General of the International Renewable Energy Agency (IRENA), said at an event titled “Financing low-carbon technology, including nuclear energy” organized on the sidelines of COP29 in Baku, Report informs.
