The Netherlands’ ING Group has set its economic growth forecast for Azerbaijan at 2.6% for 2025 and 2.8% for 2026, Report informs.

These indicators remain unchanged compared to ING Group’s previous forecast.

According to the report, economic growth is projected at 2% in the first quarter of 2025, 2.5% in the second quarter, and 3% in the third and fourth quarters. For the last quarter of 2026, economic growth is forecast to be 2%.

According to Azerbaijan government forecasts, GDP growth is expected to be 3.5% in 2025 and 2.8% in 2026. Last year, Azerbaijan’s GDP grew by more than 4%.

According to United Nations (UN) forecasts, Azerbaijan’s GDP growth will be 3% this year and in 2026.

The World Bank estimates Azerbaijan’s GDP production will grow by 2.7% in 2025 and 2.4% in 2026.

The International Monetary Fund (IMF) forecasts Azerbaijan’s GDP growth at 2.5% this year and 2.4% in 2029.

According to the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) forecast, Azerbaijan’s GDP growth will be 2.7% in 2025.

The Asian Development Bank (ADB) forecasts economic growth in Azerbaijan at 2.6% this year.

According to S&P Global Ratings international rating agency forecasts, Azerbaijan’s GDP will be 2% in 2025, 1.5% in 2026, and 1.5% in 2027.
