Conditions have been created on the Khankandi-Lachin road for the unhindered passage of 10 vehicles belonging to the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC).
According to Report’s employee who covers the action, five passenger cars and five trucks drove from Khankandi in the direction of Lachin.
The protesters do not interfere with the movement of vehicles used for humanitarian purposes.
