Today, conditions were created for the movement of four vehicles of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) on the Khankandi-Lachin road passing through Shusha, Report informs.
Three passenger cars and a truck moved from Khankandi to Lachin without hindrance.
The vehicles carried seven Armenians.
This shows once again that there are no restrictions on the movement of humanitarian vehicles.
