Arayik Harutyunyan, who is accused of committing numerous crimes during Armenia’s military aggression, has refuted the claims spread in Armenian media about psychological pressure and administration of psychotropic drugs to defendants in the current criminal.

According to Report, Harutyunyan made the remark during the February 6 court hearing on criminal cases against persons of Armenian origin accused of committing numerous crimes against the Azerbaijani people.

“We have had opportunities to receive information and express our protest in detention. Also, our detention conditions are constantly discussed in Armenian and other media outlets. As I understand, the Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia (Pashinyan) has stated that there are claims about psychological pressure against us and the use of psychotropic drugs.
