Greece is lifting quarantine rules for travelers from 32 countries, but tourists must be vaccinated or test negative for COVID-19, Report informs, citing The Guardian.

Starting next week, residents of the European Union and the United States, Great Britain, Serbia, Israel, and the UAE, will not be required to self-isolate. The new regime is expected to take effect on April 19.

“These are the first steps before the country opens to tourists on May 14,” said a senior tourism ministry official. “Nine airports will be opened simultaneously with the lifting of the restriction for foreign guests.”
