German Ambassador to Azerbaijan Ralf Horlemann discussed the development of bilateral cooperation between the countries with the Chairman of the Milli Majlis committee on international relations and inter-parliamentary relations and the head of the Azerbaijani delegation to PACE Samad Seyidov, Report informs.
