Georgia’s 12 business associations appealed to Prime Minister Irakli Garibashvili, demanding that the government lift the restrictions, Report informs.

Noting the difficult situation in the hospitality sector, the petitioners called on the government to immediately lift the curfew and make active preparations for the tourism season.

The business associations also demanded that cafes and restaurants be allowed to operate on weekends and tax burden of small and medium business be reduced.
