The price of gas in Europe in September decreased by 24% compared to the end of August, to $1,884 per 1,000 cubic meters.

Report informs citing TASS that this is evidenced by the data of the London ICE exchange on October and November futures.

While on August 31, gas futures ended trading at around $2,490 per 1,000 cubic meters, then on September 30, trading closed at $ 1,884, which is 24% lower than at the end of summer.

If we consider payment in euros per MWh, then the decrease was 20%.
