Fuad Huseynaliyev: Armenian leadership has no full power in their country – VIDEO

Armenia’s leadership does not have full power in their country; to make any cardinal decision, the Armenian ruling elite needs to report to separate external circles, including Moscow, Fuad Huseynaliyev, director-general of Report News Agency, said on the air of the Actual Today program on CBC TV channel.
He was commenting on the results of the next round of negotiations between Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov and his Armenian counterpart Ararat Mirzoyan in Arlington, Virginia.
He stressed that achieving peace is vital for Armenia.
“The issue on the ground was completely resolved with the latest events on the Lachin road, the installation of a border checkpoint… The intensity around the negotiation process gives rise to cautious optimism,” Huseynaliyev added.
Doctor of Historical Sciences, Professor of St. Petersburg State University Niyazi Niyazov also joined the videoconference discussions from Russia.
During the discussions, a special place was given to the statements of Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev, voiced in the city of Shusha.
