French President Emmanuel Macron invited his Ukrainian counterpart Volodymyr Zelenskyy to hold a peace summit on Ukraine in Paris. Similar proposals were made by Denmark and Sweden, The Wall Street Journal wrote, citing European diplomats, Report informs.

“Zelenskyy earlier this year asked Macron to help him with international ties with leaders such as Chinese President Xi Jinping… Negotiations later turned into plans to organize a conference… Macron offered to hold the conference in Paris, and Denmark and Sweden also offered to host it,” diplomats said.
