Ukraine receives transit gas through Slovakia, with foreign companies handling the supplies, Slovak Prime Minister Robert Fico said on social media, Report informs via TASS.

“Gas enters Ukraine through an alternative pipeline. Without this gas, Ukraine would freeze, but Slovakia has nothing to do with it. The suppliers are foreign companies,” he noted.

According to the Prime Minister, Slovakia has the moral right to consider options for halting the transportation of around 7.5 million cubic meters of gas per day by foreign companies
