Armenia and Azerbaijan are engaged in normalization talks, and generally, the peace process is in a good track, Farid Shafiyev, Chairman of the Board of the Center of Analysis of International Relations ( AIR Center) said at the event titled “Bilateral relations between Italy, the EU, and Azerbaijan: Energy security and foreign policy,” held at the building of the Italian Senate, according to Report.

Speaking about the current geopolitical situation in the world, AIR Center Chairman said that the turbulence emanating from the crises in Ukraine and the Middle East affect the system of international relations either directly or indirectly, and these have not bypassed the South Caucasus.
